Pricing FAQ.
Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most — from minimum seat counts and contract terms to what happens in the first 30 days.
Is there a minimum number of users?
We typically work with organizations between 10 and 150 users. Below 10, the fixed overhead of a properly-managed environment doesn’t produce a cost-effective per-user rate. Above 150, we can scope appropriately — reach out.
Are there any fees beyond the per-person rate?
The per-person rate covers all managed services within your tier. Hardware, software licenses, and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost with no markup, or procured by you directly. We specify what’s in-scope during onboarding — no surprises after signing.
What happens during the 30-day onboarding?
We deploy monitoring agents, build your initial documentation library, establish patch schedules, run your first access review, and introduce your named engineer to your team. By day 30 your environment is fully managed.
Can I change tiers after onboarding?
Yes. Moving up is straightforward — we scope the additional work and begin. Moving to Diamond requires allocating dedicated resources, so we plan 30 days in advance.
What are the contract terms?
12-month standard terms with 30-day written notice for termination after the initial period. Diamond engagements may have longer terms due to dedicated resource allocation — we’re transparent about this upfront.
Do you replace existing IT staff?
We complement or replace depending on your structure. Some clients have no internal IT — we’re their entire operation. Others have an internal person; we handle infrastructure, monitoring, security, and documentation around them.
